Delhi-based Cougar Motorsports has announced that it will launch the first iteration of the India 4×4 Week in Goa on July 22, 2016. The three-day convention will focus exclusively on all-wheel-drive vehicles and will conclude on July 24.
Organised in collaboration with 4×4 clubs and institutions from across India, the event aims to create a platform that wil bring together off-roading and 4×4 enthusiasts from all over the country, as well as provide the opportunity for manufacturers to showcase their all-wheel-drive offerings and other accessories. Classic and modified off-roaders will also be present at the event.
There will be dedicated off-road trails for participants to get behind the wheel of their own vehicles and practice their skills. In addition, they will get a chance to undergo training and receive certificates from off-roading experts in various areas including driving, vehicle preparation and restoration.
Those attending the event will get a chance to witness the 12 Prologue special stages of the Force Gurkha Rainforest Challenge (RFC) India 2016.
