After SBI and BOB slashed their home loan rates to lowest @ 8.3% irrespective of the borrower type, another public run bank is now making headlines and claims to offer the lowest rate of 8.25%.
Special rate is part of the bank’s carnival offer that would be available from today until the end of the current calendar year. Under the scheme bank aims to promote both auto and home loan wherein auto loans will be offered at a rate of 9%.
For the home loans upto 75 lacs, individuals can secure finance from the bank @ 8.25%. Additionally no processing or documentation fee will be charged during the carnival. Women car borrowers can secure car loan @ lower 8.9% rate of interest.
