Salman Khan is currently busy with the promotions of Race 3. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem in vital roles.
Race 3 is full of action and stunts. From the trailer, we can see Salman Khan fighting the goons and performing high-octane action scenes.
The superstar is termed as one of the action heroes of Bollywood. In films like Wanted, Dabangg, Kick and Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman got into action mode and ruled the box office with his performances.
In a media interaction, when Khan was asked about doing action films, he answered, “When I fight, it’s believable. So, I may not do high kicks anymore, which I can but some characters that I am playing I can’t do that. So it has to be different kind of action. So, it’s convincing, it’s believable. So if they believe that one can do this action, then it’s done.”
He added, “Action works only if it is linked to romance or some emotion, otherwise it doesn’t work. We have different-different kind of action sequences, very elaborately shot and stylish.”
When he was told how much people are expecting him from Race 3 and despite being a multiple starrer, people call it a Salman Khan starrer, he responded, “It is Salman Khan’s film.”
“There’s a fact so we try and increase the budget of our films to get the best technicians involved. People who are really, really interested, hardworking, who give their lives to do their best work that’s the only way one can take the level of the film high, said the actor.
He added, “Basically, the reason why you are doing all the action as there has to be a larger goal. There has to be a huge amount of emotion attached to it. It can’t be something small. It doesn’t work.”
