It is now confirmed that the team Indian Rivals will represent India at the Predator Gaming League Asia Pacific Finale to be held in Manila in February 2020. The India finale of the Predator Gaming League was held in Bengaluru on December 7 at the Phoenix Market City, with 16 teams competing against each other to represent India at the Asian level.
This was the third edition gaming league from Acer in India. The company had different knockout tournaments across the country from the past few weeks to shortlist the 16 teams to participate at this level of the competition. Team “Indian Rivals” will now be eying for the cash price of $400,000 at the Asia Pacific finals. Besides the tournament, the company also had an experience zone, where the brand showcased some of its latest gaming laptops like the Acer Predator Nitro and the Acer Predator Helios 300.
Amongst the lot, one that really caught everyone’s attention was the Acer Predator Helios 700. It comes with a retractable keyboard and is powered by the Intel Core-i9 CPU with Nvidia RTX 2080 GPU. To cool it off, the brand is using the 4th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans and the machine is also compatible with Wi-Fi 6 wireless standards. It’s a real honor to receive this recognition. On behalf of the Indian Rivals team, I would like to thank Acer Predator League for organizing this event and giving us a platform to represent India at the Grand Finale to be held at Manila in February 2020. I and my team were practicing a lot for this opportunity to come and take this trophy home. Today, not only our team but all the other 15 teams who have participated along with us also played very well.” said Team Indian Rivals.
