Strong quake of 6.5 magnitude rocks Costa Rica; no damage report

SAN JOSE:A 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck the Pacific coast of Costa Rica near the capital, San Jose, on Sunday night, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
However, no reports of damage have been reported as of now.
There was no Pacific-wide tsunami threat, the U.S. National Weather Service said.
The quake occurred at a depth of 20 kilometers near popular tourist beach town of Jaco.
Earlier today, a massive earthquake of magnitude 7.3 struck Iraq, 103 km (64 miles) southeast of the city of As-Sulaymaniyah, the US Geological Survey said.
